Please provide the name and age of ALL adults and children occupying the accomodation.

Please provide the name and age of ALL visitors you will be expecting. Maximum occupancy of the property is not to exceed 8 persons at any time.

Once we have received, and approved, your application, we will email a Rental Agreement for your approval. We ask that you acknowledge your acceptance by return email. We ask that you do that within 24 hours. We will hold the property for 24 hours after we send the rental agreement at which time the hold is automatically removed. A booking is not confirmed until acknowledgement, accepted agreement, and deposit payment have been received. Final payments must be received no later than 14 days before the rental commences. If payment is not made by the date shown on the rental agreement, the final balance will be charged to your credit card, along with a late payment fee of 3% of that amount.

The Owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted on the website due to errors or omissions, and the right to make the final decision as to acceptance of the booking.
